Newly edited: How stupid can i get to reject this offer, working in a foreign bank . ARGH! Though the pay is low but it is related to my studies B&F rather than Admin Assist ( the job tittle sounds okay but job duties turned me off ) You wont believe what are the daily duties. Sadly, i thought it will involve more accounting work but not really ( only a little) majority of the workload is related to OFFICE SKILLS -.-"
Alrighty! I dunno where to start because i've got so much to update you guys. My 1st day working at the firm as Admin Assistant. The people there was friendly and they dont care much about you, quite free and easy i would say =DD i like! Anyway, i would say the pay is not bad for a IN-experience diploma holder like me and location wise is convenient.
Here comes my problem/issue =X Its a 3 month job for me to take over this lady for her maternity leave. I would say this firm is quite bad with their arrangement even the lady was complaning to me about it. 2 Days to handover her job me is simply TOO LITTLE TIME for me to take over her duties and teach me ALL the admin duties that i am required to know. There is nobody i can confine in because i will be the ONLY Admin Assistant there, the rest are all Engineers and the directors can rarely be seen in the office. Thus, its IMPOSSIBLE for me to handle all the admin duties required when nobody is around. At least, i need someone to guide me along for 3 weeks and make sure i am alright with the job scope. 2 days is too pathetic/ridiculous for a normal human being to know ALL the admin duties like consignment,quotation..........etc. & I dont wanna be liable if anything goes wrong! LOL.
I've talked to my director about this issue, not being able to cope after that.But, he claims that i'm okay with my work.Seriously NO cause today and tomorrow i can only know 10% of the job requirements and 90% i've to figure out myself and try an error ? -.-"
I will see how things goes tomorrow. I can forsee myself quitting instantly.Sighs! Its all because of the TWO DAYS HANDOVER DUTIES AND TEACHING ALL ADMIN DUTUES. If not i'm contented with everything. =X Oh well && i've got 101 phone calls from this irrtating agency while working asking me if i wanna accept the job offers. With all these bombing they did to my phone, now its in a bad shape.

Im really greatful about all the things you've done for me... Buying BK breakfast,muffins for me...etc. Being straight forward and provide me with solid suggestion on how can i improve in my studies and myself...Maybe i havent told you this. But no matter how busy we're, you will always be prominent in my heart. Sorry for not meeting up so regularly these days.. but i still love you girl! =DD ThankYou for the friendship entry =)
